It works out what is urgent
Every task is scored on its deadline, how much it matters, what it is waiting on, and how often you have forgotten things like it. The reminder arrives when the risk is real, not at a time you had to guess in advance.
Most reminder apps fire at a time you had to pick in advance. Nexmi watches your deadlines, the steps they depend on and the things you tend to forget, then speaks up at the moment it starts to matter.

The listing is in review. Nothing to pay when it lands.
No forms, no priority dropdowns to argue with.
Deadline, dependencies, importance and your own history.
Every reminder names the reason it arrived.
How it works
You describe the thing once, in your own words. Everything after that is Nexmi reading it, scoring it and picking the moment.
You write
One sentence is enough. No date pickers, no category tree.
“My project is due Monday. I need my HOD signature first.”
Nexmi reads
The deadline, how firm it is, what it depends on and how much it matters. You confirm before anything is saved.
It speaks up
One notification, at the point the risk becomes real, saying why it matters and what to do next.

What it does
All six are worked out on the server, so the app only has to show you the answer and the reason behind it.
Every task is scored on its deadline, how much it matters, what it is waiting on, and how often you have forgotten things like it. The reminder arrives when the risk is real, not at a time you had to guess in advance.
Tell it that the signature comes before the submission. When the signature is still pending and the deadline is close, that is what it says out loud, and it names the step you are stuck on.
Marking something as forgotten is not a failure, it is information. Nexmi keeps a per-category memory and starts speaking up earlier for the kinds of things you actually let slip.
Say it every Monday and it rolls forward on its own. Miss three weeks and it does not leave three stale copies behind: the newest one owns the series and the rest are closed as missed.
Ask what you are forgetting, what to do first, or what is blocked. The answers come from your own tasks, and it says so when it does not know rather than filling the gap with something plausible.
Non-urgent reminders that fall between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM wait until the morning. Nothing is dropped and nothing is rationed: what you asked for arrives when it is due.
From the app
Nexmi is free to download and use, with no subscription and no paid tier at the moment. Ads inside the app cover the cost of running the server and the AI that reads your sentences.
No. You type or paste a sentence and confirm what Nexmi understood. Every field is editable if it read something wrong.
No. A task speaks up when its own risk crosses the line, not on a fixed schedule, and non-urgent ones wait out the night. The same thing is not re-sent hourly.
It is marked as missed rather than left pretending to be open, and that is remembered so similar things get an earlier nudge next time.
Not yet. Nexmi is Android only today.
Privacy
Nexmi stores your name, your email address and the tasks and reminders you create. That is what the app needs to do its job, and it is all it keeps.
Your tasks are never sold, shared or used to target advertising.
Ads in the app are served from the ad network, which never receives your tasks, your reminders or your email address.
Task text reaches OpenAI only at the moment you ask Nexmi to read a sentence or answer a question, so that it can be understood. It is not used to train anything.
Notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging, which receives the notification text and a device token.
Deleting your account from Settings removes your account, your tasks, your reminders and your devices from the database. It is immediate and it cannot be undone.
Write the sentence once. Nexmi keeps the clock, the order of the steps and the memory of what you tend to drop.
